We built J'aim around the idea that catered food should be as good as anything you'd get sitting down in a restaurant. No steam-tray mediocrity. Everything made fresh, portioned with care, and packaged so it arrives exactly as intended.
Whether you're feeding ten people at a dinner party or three hundred at a corporate event, we approach every job the same way — with a menu built for the occasion and food made from scratch.
Menus are customized for every event. We're happy to accommodate dietary restrictions, build themed menus, and work within your budget. Minimum order and lead times apply.

Our story
J'aim — a play on j'aime, "I love" in French — built from family initials. The name is personal. So is the food.
We started as a Toronto ghost kitchen with one goal: make takeout food that actually arrives the way it was meant to be eaten. Everything packed with purpose. Proteins separate from salad bases. Sauces alongside, not on top.
From there we grew. Catering followed naturally — clients who loved the food started asking for events. Farmers markets gave us a chance to meet the people eating our food and sell the preserves and pantry goods we'd been making for ourselves. Frozen meals came next.
The kitchen is in Toronto's Junction area. Everything is made from scratch, every day, by someone who's cooked professionally for fifteen years and still cares deeply about what ends up on your table.
